New Delhi: Former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, who escaped from the country when the Taliban entered Kabul, on Wednesday said his decision to go was the only way to keep weapons of silence.
In a statement on Twitter, Ghani expressed regret because “leaving Kabul suddenly” and said that he left with the palace security to avoid the risk of battle battles.
“Leaving Kabul is the most difficult decision in my life, but believes it is the only way to look after the silent weapons and save Kabul and 6 million citizens.
