Kanpur: Special Judge Court of Pocso ACT on Tuesday was sentenced to Ismail aka Kariya for ten years in prison that was strict with a fine of Rs 25,000 to commit a non-reasonable violation with small orphans.
The time accused of being spent in prison will be adjusted in the sentence, the court ordered.
According to the Special Prosecutor Dharmendra Kumar Verma, the father of the 10-year-old victim had died and his mother left him.
