Gurgaon: The accusation of the murder has revealed another plot that was hatched by a man who hired him in a contract to kill three members of his family.
Sakir aka Sacrula was arrested in May due to the murder case registered on April 23 at the Noah Police Station.
In his statement, Sakir said he came into contact with Raju Sharma, a resident of sector 5, through one Jukar Sikar in Sakrana Nuh Village.
During the meeting, Raju gave him a contract to kill his stepmother Asha Rani and his stepbrother Deepak and Sandeep.
He promised to pay him Rs 1.95 Crore and gave him Rs 20,000 as a down payment.
Because Raju failed to pay the remaining amount, it did not carry out the murder.
“If Raju gives me a whole amount, I will kill Asha Rani, Deepak and Sandeep,” said Sakir to Police Noah.
The police warned Deepak after receiving information.
Based on his complaint, a case was listed below the IPC 115 (Abetment) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) at the Sector 5 police station on Monday.
Mukesh said the investigation was underway.
Deepak suggests that the motives may be a property dispute.
“We have a property that causes hostility with my stepbrother.
He wants to eliminate us to reach the land,” he said, adding that now they realized the plan, the family felt insecure.
