PATIALA: Police on Friday arrested a driver of the Autorickshaw for allegedly attacking a man and his mother with ax in the Teacher Nanak Nagar district of Patiala district.
The defendant has been identified as Sarabjeet Singh (45).
The police said that the defendant was used to live in his car.
He used to park it near Gurudwara Sahib.
However, after the Gurudwara Committee objected to him parking his vehicle near the temple, he shifted to the Nanak Nagar teacher in the city.
“Sarabet Singh was used to park his car in a residential area and used to stay and sleep in a vehicle.

The defendant then took ax and tried to attack the man But his mother intervened after the defendant lowered the woman on his arm, “said a police officer.” He then chased him his son and thighs.

The police reached the place and defeated the Defendant With the help of locals.
