Mumbai: A 35-year-old driver spent almost four years in prison on charges of raping and impregnating a 13-year-old child released after the court found that he was not a biological father of the fetus who was canceled.
DNA tests put aside him pregnant teenagers.
Make it, the court said, “It is clear that the testimony of witnesses creates doubts because it does not conflict with DNA reports.
There is involvement of several other people who cause pregnancy clearly.”
