Kalyan: The police who investigated the murder of a 52-year-old car rickshaw driver, Abhiman Bhandari arrested his neighbors on Monday in Kalyan District Thane.
The deceased is a resident of Umbarde Village in Kalyan East.
On Saturday morning, while on his way to a public toilet near his house, he was brutally stabbed to death.
After the incident, the police Khadak on the local registered a murder case against unknown people and during the investigation, they arrested the courteous neighbors Panje (25) in this case.
The police found that Bhandari who had died married and had three children.
He would urinate near the defendant’s house at night when Panje’s brother and his brother’s wife used to spend time together at home.
The police said that Panje saw Bhandari several times and they had a dispute, and the first had even warned the last against repeating his actions.
Ashok Pawar, Senior Police Inspector Police Office Khadak in saying, “The main probe has revealed that the deceased would urinate near the defendant’s house because on Saturday morning, the defendant killed him by stabbing him several times.”
