Jammu: The restriction commission for Jammu and Kashmir will reach UT on Tuesday for two-day visits to meet political parties, district officials and other stakeholders and collect basic level information related to the surgress of constituencies there.
Both Congress and BJP, together with the Jammu Panthers Party and Kashmir welcomed the election commission and said they would fulfill delegates and demand a fair representative from all communities.
President Raveny Unit BJP Jammu and Kashmir Raina said the party’s delegation would demand “legitimate and logical restrictions” from the commission.
“In 1985, restrictions on assembly seats in Jammu and Kashmir were still questioned to this day.
BJP will demand restrictions in which no one is discriminated against and everyone is given the same representation,” he said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has held a meeting with political leaders from Jammu and Kashmir on June 24 and said it was an important step in sustainable efforts towards advanced and progressive areas.
