Noida: Uninuniated plots have emerged as the main security concern in several sectors with several resident’s welfare associations that urge the authority of Noida to impose a fairly fine on the owner of the plot.
The empty plot filled with weeds, most of whom have turned into dumpyards, pose a threat to the health of the occupants because they are at home to crowd insects, mice and snakes.
According to Umesh Sharma, President of Rwa from Sector 122, empty plots with or without a house or an incomplete structure spread throughout the region.
“There are more than 80 plots in this condition in this sector.
Last year, there were 110 plots like that.
While passing them, someone feels like crossing a haunted place.
This plot has also become a paradise for poisonous snakes, germs and insects,” Sharma said .
Noida’s authority, Sharma added, must wear a suit that is appropriate to all plots or homeowners or investors, most of whom are waiting to sell it for profit rather than use for housing purposes.
Asim Thakurta, a resident of sector 39, said, “We have written to Noida’s authority several times about less construction houses being a disposal site.
However, it has been seen that after the problem of authority pays attention to the owner, they only clean their plots and leave.
Three months Then, the problem is back.
Unless the authority takes a strict action on such owners, such as collecting a fairly fine with notifications to clean, this problem will continue to reappear, “said Thakurta.
In August, Noida authorities had identified around 600 empty plots of various sizes throughout the city through a GIS survey (geographic information system) conducted through a camera drone with the help of the National Information Center.
Based on their physical and online recording verification, the housing plot scheme will soon drift, the source of the authority said.
