Visakhapatnam: Ego clashes between two senior officials of the endowments department took a strange turn on Thursday when one of them threw sand to the other side in front of several officials in the last room.
Assistant Commissioner K Santhi, who took a thrown action, blamed Deputy Commissioner P Vardhan to harass him.
