Chennai: Secretary General of the Indian Olympic Association Rajeev Mehta on Saturday said the first batch of the Tokyo Olympic athlete in the country would leave with Air India Chartered flight on July 14.
Mehta further told that the rest of the contingent would travel between July 16 and July 19.
, After reaching Tokyo, all athletes and officials must serve three quarantine days.
“We will have three days of quarantine.
The day of arrival is referred to as Zero Day.
After quarantine, we can move,” IOA officials at an event organized by YouPdink Foundation and Senior Secondary School Sunshine are here to annoy some Indian athletes, who have fulfilled Requirements for the Tokyo Olympics.

The Tokyo Olympics will be held from July 23 to August 8.
Mehta acknowledged that the Covid-19 pandemic must mostly affect the preparation of Indian athletes for the match.

(but) the Indian team is ready for the match, with 115 athletes reaching the qualification so far in 18 sports, including the first history in the fence,” he said.
Tamil Nadu C A Bhavani Devi has become the first fencing player from India to seal a place at the Olympics.
Table Tennis Player G Sathiyan, who has qualified for the Maiden Olympics, said that it would be difficult to play without fans but their support from the house would still help them be motivated.
During the event, Bhavani Devi said being a woman he faced many challenges to achieve success in his sport.
