The first Charter can reach Goa in mid-November

Panaji: The first Charter this season can land in Goa in mid-November even when the center will begin to issue a visa from October 15.
Operators see November because all activities such as finalization of landing and marketing schedules usually have to do one or two months to overtake the start of the tourist season.
“The process has just begun.
The plane needs to get a landing permit, second, a tourist company must start marketing goals.
After that it starts, we will know how many tourists will come.
Technically, everything has begun to move.
I hope the Goa starts to receive the charter on Mid-November, “said Nilesh Shah, president of Goa Travel and Tourism Association (TTAG).
With that center finally raised international commercial flight prohibitions, all of these activities will begin now, and optimistic operators about a good season, Shah said.
Abida Kumar, Vice President (Operations) at Minar Travels, said that it could not be said when the first Charter of the season they would arrive, because the schedule had not come out even though they apply a month ago.
“Usually, in August we used to get our full schedule.
With a visa that will be excluded from October 15, I hope the first Charter this season must land in Goa in mid-November,” Kumar said.
Melroy d’Costa, the manager station, however, said that it would be too early to give a date to when the charter would begin to arrive, because the announcement was only done on the past day.
The next big task, said D’Costa, will be a protocol requested by tourists to follow in India.
“After we have a clear picture of the protocol, we can send it to the tour operator.
Then ticket sales will begin.
We have traveled a short timely.
Usually, the preparation time is two months.
I think we will have the first flight on November 17,” D’Costa said.
Shah said that even though the charter season tended to release a month late, the feedback from the operator has so far positive, and tourists want to visit Goa.
Usually, Goa accepts the first Charter this season in the third week of October.
The operator is also happy with the latest announcement by the British government.
After that stated that it recognized Covishied but not a vaccine certificate issued in India, and made it mandatory for Indians to be fully vaccinated with the Covishield arrived in England after October 4 to undergo quarantine 10 days, the Indian government replied with the same sidewalk.
With the United Kingdom restrictions on Indian travelers who are fully vaccinated, India is also expected to loosen the restrictions on the people traveling to India from England.
“This is a good sign that the British has raised entry restrictions for Indian travelers who are fully vaccinated.
This will help improve international travel and tourism.
The good thing is that this problem has been sorted before the tourist season begins,” Shah said.
Goa received a large number of tourists from the UK, and tour operators were worried that the ten-day quarantine would keep the British vacation crowd from India.
