Ludhiana: In the first time for a long time, an event organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Punjab went smoothly, without interruption or protest.
BJP held a meeting of the State Council from his workers on Tuesday where he was appointed by around 25 members into the party – including the former officer IAS SR Ladhar and former Shiromani Akali Dal Mla Mohan Lal Banga.
Ladhar also announced the incorporation of his political clothes, Kirti Kisan Sher-e-Punjab, at BJP.
Banga previously joined the Bahujan Summons and then shifted to Congress in 2019.
Minister of Union Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, who was the BJP election Punjab, was also present at the event.
BJP President Punjab Ashwani Sharma said when BJP formed a government in the middle, they confirmed the punishment in the cases of Riot Anti-Sikh 1984.
“Even accused of Cosrilege cases will get a punishment when BJP will be in power in Punjab.
There are no other parties Having strength will do the same thing, “he said.
Sharma added that party workers faced a difficult time for the past half a year in the state.
“But now it was over.
PM Narendra Modi has revoked agricultural laws only to maintain peace in Punjab and the Takhandat Takhand Jathedar’s statement Harpreet Singh also proved that BJP wants peace,” he said.
Other People who join BJP include: Ladhar ‘Son Gautam Girish Ladhar, Daljit Singh Sodhi, Amit Modgil, Gurdial Singh Sodhi, Cell Secretary of SC Jasvir Singh, Shiroman Gurudwara Parbandhak Member Harp, Singth Mohammad, Hakam Bhakriwala and Malkit Singh Manga, Social Activists Rupinder Singh Sidhu from Bathinda, former IPS officer Ashok Bath, and Paramjit Organic Farmers Singh Khalsa, among others.
Sharma asked party workers to raise awareness about the scheme started by the central government and told the people in Punjab that the union between Hindu and Sikh would continue only when there would be a BJP government in the state.
Taking Dig in CM Charanjit Singh Channi, he said, “Only the face has changed, the party is the same.
People should not forget that Congress does not keep previous promises, so don’t expect this promise to be saved.” At AAP Supremo Arvind Kejriwal, he said, “Before promising something to Punjab, Delhi CM must at least explain what has been done (AAP) for the welfare of the people in Delhi.” Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the election of the BJP Incharge for Punjab, asked the leaders from other parties to tell the voters in the punjab where they would get funds to fulfill the big promises made by them.
“The country that was once in the top ranking in terms of revenue and other resources has slipped into the last only because of selfish rulers.
The leaders came from Delhi to make announcements here but where they would get funds,” he said.
Shekhawat said unemployment throughout the country was 6%, but it was 8.5% in Punjab.
The Union Minister continued to give an example.
“Before the BJP government formed above, there was a complete ‘Raaj Forest’, but when CM Yogi Adityanath took over, all the criminals and gangsters were put behind the bar or they left,” he said.
