The first offline school exam since Covid called Mumbai but will be held in Maharashtra

Mumbai: While the country has decided to continue its first offline test since the Pandemi -Spolarship exam for class V and VIII students on Thursday, BMC has canceled the test in Mumbai.
In the Mumbai Mumbai region of Mumbai, however, the exam will be carried out in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Raigad and Palghar.
The cancellation of the exam in Mumbai has a drama with BMC on Tuesday issuing a circular against the effects for 8,000 civil school students.
The decision was filled with a lot of criticism from assisted and private schools, which was referred to as the treatment of mothers for 15,000 of their students who had registered for the exam too.
The State Examination Board of Maharashtra (MSEC) who conducted a quick test to turn the center of Mumbai students who had previously given civil schools.
On Wednesday night, BMC issued a new order that directed the cancellation of the exam.
BMC education officer Raju Tadvi said the order for the exam cancellation was for all schools in Mumbai taken considering the Covid-19 case in Mumbai.
BMC has asked the state to conduct an exam online or accommodate this at the end of August, depending on the covid situation in the city.
Shivnath Darade, Secretary, Maharashtra Rajya Shikshak Parishad, said the teachers opposed the exam.
“It is very sad that students in the state will take the exam.
When the board test can be canceled, what urgency is to hold a scholarship exam,” Darade asked.
Sandeep Sangave, Deputy Director, School Education, Mumbai, took out a circle stating the fate of students who would lose the exam in Mumbai would be placed above MSEC.
More than 6 lakh students from 47,662 schools in this country have registered for the exam.
Of these, 3.9 lakh is a class V and 2.4 class VIII students.
The exam, the first is scheduled in February, canceled due to a pandemic.
The state provides scholarships to 100 students of class V and class VIII each of each district.
Class V students get Rs 1,000 per year until grade VII and class VIII students until class X.
The amount is stored in the student bank account.
