The first positive covid patient test was positive back for Coronavirus

Thrissur: A Medico woman, who is the first Covid-19-19 case of India, has been tested positively for the virus, said the health authority here on Tuesday.
“He was infected with Covid-19.
His RT-PCR was positive, negative antigen.
He was asymptomatic,” said Thrissur DMO Dr.
Reena told PTI.
The sample was tested when he was ready to go to New Delhi for study purposes.
Then RT-PCresult turned out to be positive, he said.
The woman is currently at home and “she’s fine,” said the doctor.
On January 30, 2020 that the third year medical student of Wuhan University was tested positive for Coronavirus, being the first Covid-19 patient in the country, the days after he returned home after the semester holiday.
After almost three weeks of treatment at the Medical College Thrissur Hospital, he had tested negatively twice for the virus, confirming his recovery, and was dismissed on February 20 2020.
