Greater Noida: The first industrial scheme for plot awards in integrated cities bordering the East Peripheral Expressway (EPE) in Greater Noida will be launched this month, officials said.
Five companies have taken land in newly built cities, promised to bring more than Hospital 3,700 investment crore which is expected to produce around 9,000 jobs in the region.
The integrated city center of Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) said they had set everything to attract more industrialists who were looking for large land packages in the city.
“I visited the cities on Thursday to see the current work status of the area.
Many development has been done and we can open the door for investors now,” said Narendra Bhoooshan, CEO and MD IITGNL.
At present, Haier equipment, Forme Trade, Infotainment Satkritis, Chengfeng technology and JWorld Electronics India have been established or are in the midst of arrangement of units in cities covering more than 302.63 hectares of areas bordering EPE in the village of Ajibpur and Rithori .
Officials said that plots that measure more than four hectares will be offered in the upcoming scheme.
The plot rate will vary between Rs 5,100 per square meter and Rs 10,790 per square meter depending on the size of the plot, according to the official.
The municipality has been planned with 51% industrial space to be intended for hi-tech (including it), research and development and the biotech sector.
Part of the investment area Industrial Corridor Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad, these cities are located 12 km from Pari Chowk close to XU3 and Ecotech 11 sectors.
Junction Railway Dadri is less than 10 km and 5 km from the Bodaki.
And to support the industry, IITGNL will also offer certain incentives in the form of the exception of stamp duty, subvention of interest costs, support skills development and rebates of electrical tasks.
Local development authorities have proposed four more roads to connect this region to the nearest highway and important business goals.
The road is as wide as 18 meters to Ghori Bacheda, a 60 meter wide connection to the Bodaki, Overbridge Railway to Grand Trunk Road, connection to Rithori and the connection to EPE has been proposed.
