The first time since 1996, Ulfa-I did not call the bandh on i-day

The Indian government can change the Constitution To open the way for discussion.
The Constitution has been changed many times by India.
So, why can’t India change it again and discuss with us? “The clothes were added.
Citing Yandabooo’s agreement, the clothing said, “According to the second article of the agreement, Burma and East Indian companies have received sovereignty from Assam, and the country is not transferred to England England.”
