Kanpur: Former Coal Minister Union Sriprakash Jaiswal on Friday surrendered before the MP / MLA Special Judge Court, Kanpur Nagar in terms of violations of behavior and court guidelines gave him a guarantee later after completing legal formalities.
Special judges in the order were observed to provide a personal bond of RS 20,000 and two sureties from the number such as court satisfaction.

Jaiswal has opposed the 2019 parliamentary election at the Congress Party ticket.

Tripathi stated that the former Coal Minister, immediately after learning about the warrant, appeared before the court and gave up.
He was released with a guarantee after the court order and legal formalities, he added.
