At sunset, burlaps are launched, emergency lights are activated and children’s school begins.

At present, three countries – Ranchi, Lohardaga, Gumla – have 80 schools like that.
Oraon, a 1992 batch IPS officer, felt that doing something big, he had to go back to his state and in 2014, he returned to Jharkhand after choosing VRS.
Dr.
Oraon told Ian that after taking VRS, he began teaching several students at his home.
At that time he felt doing something for the children of the village so they also got good education.
After that, Baba Kartik Oraon Night School began in Uchari Ranchi Village.
Cartik Oraon is a Jharkhand political heavyweight and is a member of parliament.

Most night schools are run in Akhadas and Dhumkudiyas or at community halls or hallways.
Parishad also organizes workshops for teachers from time to time where they are taught techniques to make studies easy and attractive.
Four schools like that are provided with computers, where through projectors, digital classes have begun.

In many schools, the library has been opened.
On Thursday, the class was held on cultural activities.
