Jaipur: ACB court on Wednesday rejected Plea a guarantee of a former RPS officer who was dismissed by Kailash Bohra.
Bohra sought a guarantee for the land of delay in providing prosecution sanctions by the government.
He was dismissed from the service after complaints seeking sexual assistance from a rape victim appeared in the future.
The state government in March has given him a required retirement of the service.
