Gorakhpur: The body of a teenage girl was found hanging from the Patnawa bridge fence under the limit of the robberkarkhana police station in Deoria district on Tuesday morning.
The police have sent the body to postmortem.
There are no cases registered regarding the incident when submitting a report.
The body was identified in 17 years Neha Paswan, Putri Amarnh Paswan from Sevrahi Kharg under the Mahuadih Police Station in Deoria District.
The younger brother of Vivek’s girl told reporters that on Monday night Uncle, Arvind began beating her sister for washing her clothes.
The injured girl was taken to the District Hospital by his uncle but he died on his way to the hospital.
His uncle threw his body from the Patnawa bridge but instead of falling, the body was trapped in the bridge fence.
Amarnh Paswan’s girl troops, the oldest among the four brothers, worked in a private company in Punjab.
The whole family lives at home in Sevrahi Kharg Village.
Neha is a 9th grade student and his brother Vivek studies in grade 8.
“The girl was beaten by her uncle and when he died, they threw his body from the patnahwa bridge but the body was trapped in the bridge fence.
A postmortem report was awaited and FIR will be submitted based on the complaint report and Postmortem, “said SP Dr Sratati Mishra.
