Bhubaneswar: State Health Authority has appealed to people to avoid hospital visits unless absolutely necessary after a massive surge in the case of Covid-19 in health care facilities.
The outpatient department (OPD) in most governments and private hospitals was flooded with their patients and servants despite a daily surge in the Covid case.
