Bhubaneswar: The state government has directed 135 non-government universities to submit a certificate of utilization (UCS) grants received towards repairs and renovation of these university infrastructure affected by the storm of the cyclone.

135 Other universities have not sent their UCS for more than RS 28 Crore, the official source said.
“The steps are taken to submit the UC balance and restore the balance that is not used early,” said the Ministry of Higher Education to the General Administration Department in official communication.
