New Delhi: Soon you can bring a small drone camera with your flight for your domestic vacation and take an amazing picture.
After the rules relaxed for the use of drones, the government is working on how to ensure that people can take them to domestic flights for recreational purposes such as taking pictures where they are allowed on the ground.
“Drones cannot be taken on flights (domestic) as it is now.
But we have to find a way to let people bring it to vacation and use it at the destination.
Can they be taken in a handbag or baggage check-in and how, these things are working on by the government, “said the top flight official.
For international travelers, other state regulations need to be ordered.
Clarity about this rule is needed to ensure people can at least take the Nano Drone (with a weight of up to 250 grams) which is now equipped with large cameras, on vacation in this country.
A new set of casual drone rules was enforced at the end of last month by canceling strict regulations imposed in March.
Bringing drones during air travel still remains a gray area that needs to be cleaned.
People who operate nanos and micro (weigh between 251 grams and 2 kg) drones for non-commercial or personal use do not require a remote pilot license.
The model of the royal surfing plane system remotely and the Nano drone also does not require a certificate.
The government is also working on a map of airspace for unmanned aircraft system operations that will have three colored zones.
This map is expected to be on the SKY Single-Window Digital Platform drone by the end of the month.
It will obviously show where the drone can be operated.
