The government center tests child care with covid drill

Noida / Ghaziabad: To examine the readiness of all the environment of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), all districts above do exercises in government hospitals on Friday.
This drill was held in four community health centers (CHCS) in Bibrakh, Bhangel, Dadri and the Covid Shares and Hospitals in Sector 39 in Noida, and a Joint District Hospital (DCH) in Ghaziabad.
According to officials, children were prepared as dummy patients carried by ambulances and shifted to emergencies and further to trigger ward by staff.
Meanwhile, Nodal officers were appointed to monitor the situation in all districts.

The son of an Asha worker, Mamta Sharma, mayak, experienced with a health center and said he was not afraid of injections.
“My mother and doctor said that it was a very important job and I had to act well.
I’m not afraid because I was told that I would be given chocolate later,” he said.

The four CHCS does not have one single pediatrician.

Sanjay Teotia, a medical supervisory head, DCH, said, “Drill starts at 10:15 a.m.
and leaves for two hours.
Another drill will be planned after a few weeks.

There is no big gap found in Dch, which has 30 dedicated beds trigger Ward, and hospital administration is told to increase signage in medical facilities.
