T’puram: The State Government on Friday held a major overhaul among IPS officers.
The government also promotes Balram Kumar Upadhayay and Mahipal Yadav as ADGPS.
On promotion, upadhyay will be responsible for ADGP, training.
ADGP Yogesh Gupta will be the Director General and Additional KPA Director.
While the South Zone IG Harshita Atlalturi will be an IG, Intelligence, IG Gajulavarti Sparjan Kumar (Crime, Thiruvananthapuram) will become Commissioner of ThiruvananthaThapuram Police.
Anup Kuruvilla John, Vikramjith Singh, P Prakash, K Sethu Raman, KP Philip, and AV George have been promoted as IG.
Anup Kuruvilla John will be an IG traffic and road safety management, and also accommodate additional allegations of the anti-terrorist squad.
Vikramjith Singh will continue in Kiifb as Deputy Managing Director.
P Prakash will be an IG South Zone at an additional cost of MD, Kerala Police Housing and Corporation Ltd.
K Sethu Raman will be an IG training at the Kerala Police Academy and AV George Kozhikode City Police Commissioner.
Putta Vimaladitya, S Ajheetha Begunm, R Nishanthini, Sateesh Birno and Rahul R Nair have been promoted as excavation.
While Nishanthini will explore the Thiruvananthapuram range, Korudin Kori Sanjaykumar Incumbent will dig, armed police battalion.
While Rahul R Nair will explore the Kannur range, Ankit Askan will be the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), the city of Thiruvananthapuram.
Padam Singh has posted as commander, India Reserve Battalion.
Vaibhav Saxena, DCP, Thiruvananthapuram City will be SP Kasaragod and Rajeev P B will be a Rustic Kannur sp.
