New Delhi: The center has defended before Delhi HC the legality of the new rules – 2021, said they have a “clear focus” to improve the security of women and children through the internet.
This center has stated that new rules provide protection such as reporting by individuals who are harmed in connection with content such as porn revenge and take action within 24 hours for deletion of content.
