New Delhi: The government on Wednesday extended the Director of the Directorate of Directorate of Implementation of Sanjay Kumar Mishra for a year until November 18, 2022, according to official orders.
Orders issued by the Ministry of Revenue below the Ministry of Finance States said that “President India is happy to extend Shri Sanjay Kumar Mishra’s term of office, IRS (IT: 84006) as an enforcement director for a period of one year outside 18.11 .2021, that is, up to 18.11 .2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
“Mishra was first appointed Director Ed for a period of two years with the order on November 19, 2018.
Then, the command 13 November 2020, a letter of appointment be modified retrospectively by the central government and His tenure for two years.
Replaced three years.
Last week, the center issued a regulation to change relevant actions to expand the ranks of the Head of the Investigation Bureau (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate.
The Chairman of the CBI and ED can now have a working period of up to five years, up from two years today.
It can be extended one year at a time, after finishing two years in the office, if the extension is approved by the relevant electoral committee.
It comes right in front of the parliament that vows for a winter session.
This center is expected to get new laws authorized in parliament during sessions.
