Srinagar: Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Friday accused the previous government by deliberately discouraging at Jammu and Kashmir so that youth remained continuously dependent on government salary work and continued to roam around political experts that day.
As a result, the potential of entrepreneurship and extraordinary self-livelihood in this region has not yet been explored, Singh said when handling interactive meetings from the beginning of agriculture and farmers held jointly by the Scientific and Industrial Research Council (CSIR) and Sher-e-Kashmir.

Singh said that farmers are actually actually agricultural technocrats or agricultural beginners who have the choice to make handsome profits using new technology and provisions introduced in the agriculture sector by the Prime Minister.
He said the union government through CSIR provides all relevant financial and technical support for new cultivation mode, some integrated agriculture and hybrid agriculture that has the capacity to double farmers’ income in 2022, as expected by the Prime Minister.
On that occasion, Singh also distributed agricultural kits to farmers taken from all 10 Kashmir Valley regencies while Csir and Skuask signed a memorandum of understanding for collaboration.
