Srinagar: Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Friday accused the previous government by deliberately discouraging at Jammu and Kashmir so that youth remained continuously dependent on government salary work and continued to roam around political experts that day.

He said the union government through CSIR provides all relevant financial and technical support for new cultivation mode, some integrated agriculture and hybrid agriculture that has the capacity to double farmers’ income in 2022, as expected by the Prime Minister.
On that occasion, Singh also distributed agricultural kits to farmers taken from all 10 Kashmir Valley regencies while Csir and Skuask signed a memorandum of understanding for collaboration.
