The government has a lukewarm approach to climate change: OPPN

Thiruvananthapuram: The opposition accused the inter-governmental panel reports on climate change which warned serious impact on Kerala was ignored by the state government, and was still advancing with projects such as high-speed semi train projects that would have a serious impact on ecology.
