The government is not active in checking hatred campaigns: Satheesan

Thiruvananthapuram: Oppo Leader V D Sathean has resembled the state government to remain a mute audience when Sangh Parivar spread hatred among the community on behalf of ‘narcotics jihad’ and ‘narcotics jihad’ and ‘narcotics’.
“On social media, there are campaigns to spread communal hatred and the government does not do anything to end this,” he said.
He asked the government not to be a scarecrow on the problem when in a situation where fake IDs were used to spread hatred on social media.
“All efforts to encourage hatred and hostility must be opposed.
At present, the country witnesses a very sensitive situation creating cracks among the community and this is the parivar sangh agenda.
The police must have a close tab on social media and track people involved in spreading hatred , “Satheani said.
If the Church’s head has complaints about this, they must approach the authorities.
The only request to the community is that they should not fall prey to Parivar Sangh propaganda.
If the church continues any problem, the police must act.
Church leaders must submit the evidence they have in this case, he added.
It cannot be suggested for different communities to challenge each other during sensitive situations and the government should not remain as scarecrows without taking steps to end the line.
“CPM should not take a position that let the community fight each other.
Their silence in this episode indicates this stand,” Satheani said.
He asked all cultural and intellectual leaders to come out campaigning for communal harmony in the state.
They should not let these people disrupt peace and harmony in the state.
There are several parts of people who try to exploit the situation and together people must reject the effort.
