‘The government is not likely to plan Big Hydel electricity projects in the state in the future’

Thiruvananthapuram: It is not possible for sensitive hydel power projects such as the Athirappilly project to be planned again in the state, N S Pillai, CMD out of the electric board of the state of Kerala (KSEB) has said.

He was appointed as Director (Finance) KSEB in 2015 while serving as AG from Chhattisgarh and then elevated as CMD KSEB in 2018.
He will retire from the service on July 31.
