The government issued a final warning to school teachers

Lucknow: Removing the final warning to elementary school teachers, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has asked them to upload their academic records, including Middle School Markers and Certificates, Intermediaries and Graduation, on Manav Portal Sampada or Facing Music.
In a new direction, the basic education department has asked all the Basics of Shiksha Adhikaris (BSAS) to release the salary of only teachers who have uploaded their high school sheets and certificates in the portal Manav Sampada, the Teacher’s online database made to digitize notes.
Since September 2019, teachers are being repeatedly asked to upload their education documents online but 100% compliance has not been achieved.
In order, additional project director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Rohit Tripathi said because the teacher has its own login, they can easily upload documents.
“The non-compliance of orders repeatedly showed a loose attitude of the teacher,” Tripathi’s letter to the Basic Shiksha Adhikaris.
The direction to stop the teacher’s salary that failed to upload Marksheet and the high school certificate was based on the September 18 status report about the documents uploaded on the portal.
The report, prepared by the Directorate of Basic Education, shows that about 20% of teacher assistants and master heads have not uploaded one or more academic records on the portal.
More than 27% of Shiksha Mitras have not uploaded documents, status report words.
In numbers, more than 9,000 assistants of elementary school teachers and 3,500 teachers in elementary school / assistant teachers in junior schools have not uploaded their secondary school marking.
The number of teacher assistants in elementary school and head teachers (primary level) which have not uploaded their secondary school certificates of more than 15,000 and 7,000 each.
In Lucknow, of the 3,003 assistant teacher in elementary school, 2,872 has uploaded their high school Marksheet and 2,777 has uploaded their secondary school certificate.
Among 1,977 head teachers (elementary school) / teacher assistant (junior school) in Lucknow, respectively 1,915 and 1,786, has uploaded their secondary school sheets and certificates.
