The government issued a new order on Covid’s death

Thiruvananthapuram: The government has decided that all deaths that occur outside the hospital in a month Covid-19 contract can be considered as Covid’s death for the purpose of providing ex-gratia compensation.
The latest order, in this case, was issued after several cases reported from Katasagod, where the natives died because of Covid-19 at Mangaluru Hospital and they could not obtain a certificate stating that their death was caused by Covid-19 infection.
The collector had given Know the government that until October 21 last year, 50 such cases have emerged where individuals die because of Covid-19 at Mangaluru Hospital and all their relatives have a positive Covid certificate and death certificate.

When the application for financial assistance is delivered at www.relief.kerala.gov.in, there is a series of existing documents to be submitted along with the application, including the Death Certificate (Death Certificate issued by ICMR that the person died of Covid and Death Declaration Document), Copy of his ration card, aadhaar card and passbook passbook and heirship, if available.
