New Delhi: All governments and the same people must take the necessary actions to reduce the spread of Covid-19, said Minister of Delhi Minister Arvind Kejriwal after the decision of the Uttar Pradesh government that allowed Kanwar Yatra while the Uttarakhand government canceled it.
“Covid-19 is the main pandemic.
All governments and people must take all the necessary steps to curb a shared pandemic,” he said.
Given the Pandemic Covid-19, the Uttarakhand government on Tuesday canceled Yatra’s Kanwar this year.
Meanwhile, the Government of Uttar Pradesh decided to continue with Yatra.
Kanwar Yatra, where Lord Shiva provides northern countries, walking on foot or in other ways to collect water from the Ganges River in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, to offer in Shiva Temple in their area, set to start from July 25.
