This center takes the basis that the benefits of SC orders cannot be expanded to those who sit on the fence and not approach the court.
The APEX Court has been in 2018, the commands held by journalists employed in Doordarshan and all Indian radio must be given promotion in accordance with the Rules of the 1990 Indian Broadcasting Service (Program).
The court rejected TV news applications that post correspondent correspondents and TV assistants were not included Rules and cannot be considered for promotion to the Junior Administration Class (electoral class).

“The Indian government must take the views considered the benefits and we can continue orders based on article 142 to do justice,” he said the court said that some applicants had retired and they could not be forced to launch fresh legal battles to approach the first Central Administrative Court (cat), Then HC and finally to SC to get benefits allowed for their colleagues.
“We don’t want poor people in their 70s to fight legal battles in paint and HC.
They are people who work for you and devote your life when serving you.

They are your officer,” The court asked ASG to express his feelings to the relevant authority so that this problem could be resolved.
