The government of West Bengal raised the night limit for pujas

Kolkata: The State Government Thursday took off 11 a night to 5 in the morning the 11-day night pandemic restriction between Panchami and Lakshmi Puja, paved the way for Nightlong Pandal-Hopping during the festive days.

South traffic along B T road will be transferred through Raja Manindra Road-Indra Biswas Road-Belgaachhia Bridge-RG Kar Jalan-Shyambazar five points.
In South Kolkata, the South Vehicle in Garawan Road except the bus and mini buses will be channeled through Hazra Road, Lakes Bose Road and Southern Avenue.
The blanket ban on plying autorickshaws after 4pm will last.
The police have compiled a special setting for the choke point such as Rashbehari Avenue, HatiBagan and TollyGunge Circular Road.
If needed, the “one-way” system in this area will be implemented.
While the maximum crowd occurred between 8pm and midnight, the police were also worried about the period between 10am and 14:00 when many stepped to avoid the night crowd.
