New Delhi: The Center has moved a proposal to change the 102nd Constitutional Amendment Act to cancel the Supreme Court Assessment of May 5 and restore the rights of the state to identify OBC for Castes’ Country “list of Castes for Mandal Order in Education and Employment in under the state government.
Resources placed properly said the Ministry of Social Justice has transferred the cabinet record.
Quick steps implicate that the bill can be carried in the ongoing Monsun session.
If so, it can be part of the strategy to solve the parliamentary process blockade by opposition to the peeky peek scandal.
Given the sensitivity of the problems and rights of the state involved, both the congress and regional parties are able to block bills.
Thus, thus restore normal in parliament.
However, the bigger political goal of this center is to ensure the OBC that their rights, such as the list of countries, are not damaged.
This step occurred after Prime Minister Narendra Modi put the emphasis on the OBC representation in recent cabinet reshuffers along with women, SCS and STS.
It is shared that the proposal has suggested specific changes that must be taken on actions to clarify that the list of countries and the OBC center list are separate and under the jurisdiction of each government – like the SC assessment.
The APEX court also refused the government’s appeal on previous orders in July.
While enforcing the law (102) in the case of Maratha’s reservation, SC argues that its provisions imply that OBC for the country and the central list of both will be identified by the President (Center) on the recommendation of the National Commission on the backward class.
