The government to increase the law to examine cheating in the exam: Gehlot

Jaipur: The state government will introduce strict steps to existing laws about preventing unfair practices in competitive exams.
The decision was announced by the Chief Minister of Ashok Gehlot at a high-level house meeting held at his residence on Sunday.
“Immediately, the government will introduce strict provisions for those involved in cheating, help copy and leak paper,” said Gehlot.
“All incidents related to fraud / copying will be under the ambitious crime that is not stretched in the Rajasthan Public Examination (prevention of injustice) Act 1992.
The penalty will increase from three years to seven years,” the official press statement said.
The existing law about fraud has a maximum sentence of three years and the provision of guarantees that should be reversed.
Consider the role of government employees of cheating / copying in most cases, the government will also inject the termination of its employees if found involved in these cases.
“Officers and state government workers found involved in paper leaks, dummy candidates, and copying will be stopped,” said the broadcast.
For those involved in cheating / copying from private institutions to deal with suspension or cancellation of educational institutions.
The move occurred after the state government faced a big shame because people leaked incidents during reet examination.
The copying case in the REET exam has placed the government in the dock and gave the opposition fresh ammunition to hit the government.
