Coimbatore / Erode: Minister of Housing and Urban Development Muthusamy on Sunday said he had instructed officials to assess the stability of the building built by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB).
Preventing reporters in Coimbatore and later in Erode, the minister said all TNHB buildings identified as weak throughout the country will be examined and the necessary actions will be taken based on the suggestions provided by experts.
Complaints of development under the standard of building TNHB, Muthusamy said that wherever there are complaints, inspections have been ordered.
“Initially, the TNHB officer would check, the expert team would be declared to check and submit a report,” he said.
