Greater Noida: The large Noida Authority has extended the 40% period of rebates in total penalties on rented leases from housing plots and buildings built until November 15 from September 30.
More than RS 200 Crore Authority is trapped as a premium and rent leases because of the delayed registration.
Of almost 3,300 flat buyers and plots, only a little more than 300 made their property registered so far.
The remaining home buyers now have the opportunity to get ownership rights until November 15.
After that, they will be asked to pay for legal penalties or facial cancellations from rental acts if the default occurs.
Narendra Bhoooshan, CEO of Gnida, said that this was the last chance for home buyers to take advantage of the lease penalty discount.
“We have extended the 40% rebate period about the total lease punishment for buyers of housing plots and buildings built (flat buildings and one floor) until November 15th.
Facilities pay additional compensation and simple interest in the number of defaults has also been extended until November 15,” he said .
According to officials, more than Rs 200 Crore Authority is trapped as a premium and rent rent as a result of this non-registration.
“We face problems with extraordinary premium counts and rent leases along with stamp duty to the registration department as a result of this delay,” said BhooShan.
“Because non-registration, Allastee also can’t get ownership rights from its property.
Also, after this, the authority will not be able to offer big discounts like that.
We will soon upload a list of allottes who have not completed the process of rent on our website.
I begged All home buyers get their property registration carried out on November 15, “CEO added.
For assistance related to registration, home buyers can contact the authority call center at 0120-2336046-49.
