The Gujarat High Court came to save the Interfaith partner

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has saved the Interfaith partner and ordered police protection for them until they went to the registrant office to get their registered marriage.
Until the marriage was registered, the court had ordered the authorities to look after the woman at a woman from a woman in Paldi in Ahmedabad and did not allow anyone to meet him without his consent.
On the day of wedding registration, the police had been ordered to escort him to the registrar office and to ensure that there were no unwanted incidents and registered marriages.
In this case, the man comes from the Hindu community and the woman is Muslim.
The High Court was approached by the man last year who wanted to free the woman he wanted to marry from his family prisoner.
He complained that the woman’s family did not let them meet.
In his petition, the man claimed that they knew each other for the past two years and decided to get married.
They submitted a request for registration of marriage, but when they went to the registrant office, they found a group of people who opposed their marriage.
They must escape from the registrant office without registration of their marriage.
He also handed over that after escaping from the registrant office, they began to live together.
They told Karaj police about their shared lives, but female family members then separated them.
The High Court called on the woman on October 8 and found that the version of the story was similar.
The woman refused to return to her parents’ house and chose to stay at a house to take refuge.
The high court heard the couple again on Tuesday and decided to provide protection to the partner for the wedding registration process.
