Noida: The case of Covid-19 throughout Gautam Budh Nagar and Ghaziabad continued to decline on Monday with two districts who entered 94 and 29 patients, in the last 24 hours.
At present, both districts have 731 and 355 active cases, respectively, health officials say the district has witnessed a steady decline in active cases since February 1, when less than 2,000 cases were recorded.
Since February 6, the active case of the district remained under 1,000.
The district has also added less than 100 cases every day since February 10, officials stated.
The number of hospitalizations also fell since February 1.
While 26 patients underwent treatment at separate facilities and 1,517 were house isolation in the first month.
, There were only 14 Covid patients who were hospitalized on Monday, while 215 others were in house isolation.
The district also displays more than 5,500 covid tests in the last 24 hours.
This month, the district has tested 92,281 samples so far.
According to officials, 17,529 people were vaccinated on Monday.
The district health official said the vaccination drive currently emphasizes beneficiaries under the 15-17 age group and people who are eligible for prevention doses.

Sunil Dohre told Tii, “More than 10,281 people were vaccinated in the district on Monday.
From them, 6,240 people, which are attached, are in the category of age 15-17.
At other beneficiaries, 3,422 are above 18 year, while 370 people are above 60 years.
The number of prevention doses managed on Monday is 249.
“In all countries, COVID-19 case actively fell below 14,000 marks on Monday with a sustainable decline in the number of new cases and a surge in recovery.
However, as many as two people surrendered to complications caused by a pandemic infection took the total number of victims to 23,399.
The Covid-19 official bulletin shows that 1,235 new cases and 1,501 recovery were recorded in the last 24 hours.
It leaves the country with 13,945 active cases.
