VARANATION: The Special Gangster Act court in Varanasi on Wednesday sends MP BSP which is imprisoned from Ghosi Atul Rai under strict action.
Police Commissioner Varanasi Satish Ganesh said, “On October 23, Lankan police have initiated the process to order Rai, which lodged in Naini prison from Prayagraj, under the Gangster Law for his involvement in many criminal cases.
The special court accepted requesting the action of gangsters against RAI, Which has emerged through video conferencing.
“Rai and Sujit Belwa, a person who was accused of being together in the same criminal case was also in prison, has been ordered under the Gangster law on the same date and the court has returned the credentials in this matter, he added.
According to the police record, 21 criminal cases were submitted against the RAI, which had been ordered under the Gangster law twice in 2009 and 2011.
A total of 39 criminal cases were submitted against the coal, which has also been ordered under the Gangster and Goutonda Act acting inside past.
Rai has gone to the back of the bar on June 22, 2019, in the case of rape filed by a woman who opposed Lanka Police Station in May 2019 accused him of raping him in his apartment on March 7, 2019 and also recorded videos.
Rai, which has submitted a nomination as a BSP candidate from Ghosi Lok Sabha’s seat, won the election as Absconser and then surrendered before the court on June 22, 2019.
The witness of the complainant and premiere had died after burning themselves outside the Supreme Court outside New Delhi on August 17 2021, after leveling serious charges on police officials and other authorities.
The state government took action against many police officials after burning themselves by victims and witnesses.
