Nagpur: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat has called for a policy to balance the population in terms of religion.
He also raised concerns over the growing Muslim population.
Bhagwat spoke in VijayadashMani annual event held to mark the day of foundation garments.
