Chandrapur: BJP City President Dr.
Mangesh Gulwade, who is also President Chandrapur Ima Chapter, on Wednesday presented a notification of RS5 defamination for MLA Kishor Independent Jorgewar for allegedly defaming his image on a false accusation from Remdesivir Hospital.
With the city selection, only a few months old, Jorgewar began targeting the Corporation Chandrapur Municipal (CMC) which was ruled by BJP on charges of corruption.
Available dealing between BJP office carriers in CMC and Jorgewar on Monday after both sides held protest with each other.

Denied the allegations, Dr.
Gulwade said that despite being MLA, Jorgewar did not understand the administrative process for the allotment of remedies.
He stated that the whole process was monitored by collectors and administration had a record of each injection allocated for all hospitals.
Dr.
Gulwade said that his hospital had even had to borrow 80 injections of remedies from civil surgeons to save the patient’s life.
“A number of the same injections are filled with civil surgeons,” he said in the notice.
Dr.
Gulwade challenged Jorgewar to prove his charges.
He claimed that the picture as a professional doctor and politicians had been tarnished on unfounded accusations and therefore he served notice of defamation to Jorgewar.

Jorgewar claims that he has so far not received a notification of defamation.
He argued that he was firm in his claim and would retaliate properly for Dr Gulwade’s notice.
