PANAJI: The Head of the Sushil Chandra Sushil Commissioner (CEC) arrived at Goa on Monday on a two-day visit to review the preparedness of the poll for the election of upcoming assembly.
He was accepted by the Head of Kunal Election Officer.
Chandra was accompanied by the Election Commissioner of Rajiv Kumar and Anup Chandra Pandey.
On Tuesday, CEC will hold a meeting with representatives of political parties, Head of Head Election (CEO), Police Nodal Officers, Law Enforcement Department, Election icon, District Election Officers and Police Supervisors.
CEC will also launch new initiatives.
On Wednesday, he will meet with the main Secretary, Director General of Police (DGP) and home secretary.
