Mullah Baradar, the head of the Taliban political office, has arrived in Kandahar Afghanistan province along with a delegation, a group spokesman said in a tweet.
Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, one of the founders of Taliban, now heads his political office and is part of the negotiation team owned by a group in Doha, where talks on the ceasefire have been going on.
Baradar, it was reported as one of the most trusted Mullah Commander Omar, was arrested in 2010 by security forces in the South Karachi Korachi City and released in 2018.
