Coimbatore: The Ministry of Health plans to start enumerating people with other old-age comorbidity and diseases relating to old age, as part of disease prevention, screening, control, and management initiatives.
The Ministry of Health has started preparations for counting society with comorbidity in rural areas and municipalities.
An official said the planned national infectious disease department was to take the calculation with the assistance of village health nurses and block medical staff in each region.
