Nagpur: The former Head of Indian Justice (CJI) Sharad Bobde has mentioned the height of the three female judges to the Supreme Court in one ‘unprecedented’.

Now, there are now four female judges, including Justice Indira Banerjee, in the APEX court.
In exclusive interactions with TOI, Bobde said that their name (female judge) was being considered during his term as CJI too.
“Whatever the reasons of the colleague to postpone the election, Cji Ramana deserves to applaud to overcome obstacles and point nine judges for SC in one way,” he said.
