Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court on Friday attracts the state government because it does not tell the court to make a police supervisor (rural ranchi) a customary in the case of Remdesivir’s black marketing, emergency use drug for the treatment of Covid-19 patients.
The Head of the Division of Judge Ravi Rajan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad said the state government, realized that the High Court took the Motu Pill Suo in this case and carefully monitored it, should notify the court about this problem.
The bench then summoned the former Cid Adgp Anil Palta and the investigation officer of this case appeared online in the case on the next hearing date.
The bench has also ordered the investigation officer of this case to provide records and case documents for perusal courts.
Meanwhile, Advocate General Rajiv Ranjan begged before the bench said that all steps had been taken according to the instructions passed by the court from time to time.
In particular, the High Court has recognized news reports that highlight illegal sales and marketing black remedy and other drugs during the peak of the second wave of Pandemic Covid-19 and taking pills.
The court was not happy with the pace of investigations late by the police and had ordered an investigation that must be done by CID led by Palta.
